Welcome to South Jersey's 3v3!

3v3 info:

-Two - 12:00 min running clock periods

-Clock stops only for time outs, penalties, and last minute of each period

-Penalties are one minute

-Can't keep the ball behind net for more than 5 seconds. (Ball must come outside of goal post and can return inside for another 5 seconds)

-If more than one penalty occurs at the same time or during a current penalty, that second one will not start still the first one ends.

-High stick is only a stoppage if contacted with the ball and not with another player. (If player is hit/touched, it would then be a one minute penalty.)

 

Divisions:

10-13

14-16

17-Over

 

Teams:

-Potential coaches will be required to attend a coach’s meeting to be considered for a team . 

-Coaches will sign up to potentially take a team. A panel of South Jersey 3v3 members will pick the appropriate coaches. Once the coaches have been chosen they will have a choice of the country of his choosing for the team. Example: USA, Russia, Canada, etc.  Everyone is encouraged but not required to attend tryouts for proper evaluation of each player. 

-Teams will be picked and practices can start.

 

What each player receives:

-Each player will receive a sublimated jersey.

- 8 to 10 game season plus playoffs.

-Champions of each division, will get sublimated hoodies.

 

Schedule:

We are trying to make a schedule that will have the least amount of conflict with other leagues.

Games will be played on Saturdays; most teams will have 2 games same day.

(please bear with us as we work through this)

 

 

Goalies play for free! (You can only play goalie and cannot play out, if we have more goalies than teams. Goalies will have shared time on drafted team.)
